The people are patient and attentive. The front desk wrote our directions for our excursions on paper, mind you it was midnight and he helped us so much with our lack of Italian experience. The hotel is classic Italian, the rooms are very modern! The breakfast was decent just make sure you get there early as it appears Italians like to eat! I will recommend the stay just be aware that the location is on the last stop on the M2 metro line and some nights this location could be hard to get to … plan you journeys!
