My room was very noisy during the night. First, the city noises, such as garbage trucks working at 2am in the morning, that could be avoided eith better window isolation, then inside the room there was some noise of water dripping inside the walls and the noise of the centeal ACV system running. Additionally, the room was very hot and no way to control the temperature.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at San Carlos. As soon as we walked into the lobby we were greeted with friendly staff. Check in was easy and they held our bags while our room was getting ready.
The room was very generously sized and extremely clean.
Plenty of great restaurants and bars surround the property and the subway is just a block away. If you don't mind walking, you can be in Times Square in about 15 minutes or less.
We will definitely be back!
Hint - the hotel does help you secure airport transportation - cost is about the same as an Uber. Very convenient!
P.S. Shout out to Andy who helped us secure ground transportation back to the airport!

The hotel was lovely and offered a small breakfast everyday included in the fee. The rooms were ample and had storage space for clothing. All of the employees I encountered were very friendly and helpful.
