Great buffet breakfast. The facilities in the room were a fair bit wanting. There’s no phone in the room and no easy way to contact reception. I have since stayed at Scandic grand central. There’s a QR code to access reception. If at all there was a QR code , it was poorly displayed. Inexplicably, the housekeeping staff did not replenish the coffee/ tea bags. The lack of USB charging ports is rather difficult to understand in this day and age. Couldn’t be that costly to introduce for a travel oriented hotel. The staff were quite ok in general. For the price , a very average place.

Drapes needs change or dry cleaning, shower need regrouting, getting moldy and old. more light in the room, the city is cloudy often so it's nice to have more lights.
