Overall an enjoyable stay. Generally clean but some areas need an update. Lovely friendly, helpful Staff.

We had a very relaxing stay, the pools are fantastic and the staff were polite, attentive, and always helpful.

The hotel sits within the Castelo Sao Jorge walls, giving it a truly unique and romantic atmosphere. Our room was charming, with beautiful touches that blended modern comfort and old-world character. The staff went above and beyond - friendly, welcoming, and always ready with great recommendations for exploring. Breakfast in the courtyard was a highlight - peaceful,delicious, and the perfect way to start the day. The location is perfect for wandering Lisbon's cobblestone streets yet tucked away enough to feel calm and safe. Highly recommend for couples or anyone looking for a memorable, authentic Lisbon stay.

Beautiful water view but too cold to swim. Very rustic hotel and needs updating.

Very nice hotel property! Rooms were spacious. Staff members were very helpful. Great breakfast. Walked everywhere. Highly recommend.
