Our room was clean upon arrival and all staff were very professional and freindly. The hotel is in a great location and close to Bolhao Market, Sao Bento Railway Station and Dom Luis I Bridge to name a few locations. We also had a three course meal at dinner, which was 10/10.

I didnt check in till after 4am due my flight delay and sorting my baggage loss and i still had to check out at 12pm...missed breakfast that was already paid for. I just dont feel like i got my money's worth. No late check out was offered. Staff was short and uncaring.

The location is convenient, but the dirtiness and rudeness of the staff doesn't make it worthy. Everything is filthy, mold and dust, and stains in bed covers (new ones,not cleaned).
