Nice hotel. Outside of historic center but it is easy to travel to any part of the city using busses (a bus passes in front of the hotel every 10 min or so). Several dinning options within walkable distance.

The location and grounds are beautiful with many nice outdoor seating areas. We had a problem with the lack of sound proofing in our room. The room has a large mirror on a track like a barn door with no wall behind it, only foam. This allowed all conversation from the guests attached to be heard in our room. We felt like we were sharing the room with other guests. We brought this to the attention of the front office staff with a picture and sound recording from our room. They made no attempt to help us.

Hotel Plaza's location in Palermo is ideal for accessing major attractions, buses and trains, fine dining and much more! The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped to make our stay amazing! Can't say enough good things about this property!
