Perfect location, on the beach and near to the music square.

Rooms are somewhat outdated, there may be a carpet stain here or there. The Staff is Super friendly, cheerful, practically everybody. And the food is absolutely 5 Star fantastic!

Large and comfortable room. Nice bed! Water and coffee/team. It's unfortunate that I had accessibe room but still it was comfi. Breakfast was very good and tasty.. pool bar and saloon bar were decent with varied selection.. Staff is great!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was ready early when we arrived. The hotel was very calm and the guests extremely friendly. The restaurant was clean, food was good and it never felt overcrowded.

The Junior Suite and balcony were very spacious and comfortable. However, the breakfast selection was exactly the same every day, and the cocktail offerings were limited and often seemed watered down. The Privilege check-in experience was disappointing, as it consisted of only a small desk located next to the main reception rather than a dedicated area. There was also no exclusive pool area for Privilege guests, with only one dedicated restaurant available. Additionally, we were never informed—and there was no visible signage—that beach chairs cost an extra €10 per day. Overall, while the accommodations were good, the amenities and service did not meet the standards I would expect from a 4-star hotel. In my opinion, this property is more comparable to a 3-star hotel.

Highly recommended! The hotel is amazing, with a beautiful beach view and a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are clean, and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool is excellent, making it the perfect place for a relaxing beach holiday. I would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful, massive and luxurious hotel and resort! You're spoilt for choice when it comes to food, desserts and drinks, which are all delicious!!! Lots of different activities to do!! Great quiet location in the south of the island! If you're a party animal and want to go club hopping, this island is not for you. Have fun!! I did!! Thanks to all the staff at the hotel!!

We liked staying there. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. I wouldn’t expect more for the price we paid.

Everything was excellent except the weather. Nine days of constant cold wind spoiled the vacation. Hotel over the dunes with very good facilities. perfect cleanliness, comfortable rooms with a superb view and incredibly good food. Admirations to the chefs!
