I liked the pool area. In the ad, my room was offering view to the city, the only view I got was to the parking lot

This place was great close to everything not far close to the beach 9 min, La placita 16 min walking there’s a super market across the street they have everything you need. The staff from here is very friendly, very clean and and always will to help you. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10.

This is my 3rd stay here. Other than the $200 nightly incidental fee (you can either get it back at then end of your trip, or use it on spa, room service , drinks or any either of their ON SITE restaurants) and night hotel tariff fee it is truly a luxury experience. You won’t get that, “out of the country resort feel ANYWHERE ELSE” Our bar was completely stocked daily with complimentary snacks and beverages.

Love the property. Our mini fridge would not stay cool nor door our room phone work, which is frustrating in a renovated room.
