No washcloths and told with attitude that hotel is just out and I can get some when available. Never brought any on my 4 day stay just some big ass hand towels. No shuttle Hot water takes forever

The room was exactly as pictured. All the staff were friendly and our housekeeper did an exceptional job cleaning the room each day. The property is in a walkable area and walking distance to the beach.

Property, rooms, hotel, staff and amenities were truly amazing! Next level service and extremely professional and accommodating. Just a spectacular hotel!

The rooms were clean and spectacular looking with beautiful views that overlooked El Yunque. The staff was always helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable and that we had everything we needed. they had a lot of pools and they were all beautiful and we had a great time and they had two slides and my son love them. I didn’t use the swim up bar, but they do have one on the other side. It looks really nice. they have pool access with chairs and umbrellas, which is great so you get to do both. The best part was the Reynolds Alexander show. It’s family friendly. It’s a detective mystery show and it exceeded my expectations. Everyone should definitely go see that show.
