As always a great place to stay. Welcomed us with Prosecco and juice. Love that it's right across from The Grove and the Farmer's Market which provide plenty of dining options, which means it doesn't matter than the onsite options are limited. However this also meant we could use the Expedia amenity as we were only around one night and didn't eat at the restaurant.
Very walkable and safe area. We walked 20 minutes to Bacio di Latte and felt fine doing so. Lots of upscale dining nearby as well.
Rooms are very cute with a seating area and lots of books. A ton of personality here.

The self parking is not convenient and is expensive. The room key is supposed to open the gate but only works half the time. You have to stop in the lobby for them to correct it.
Beach chairs are not included in the resort fee. The resort fee basically covers just the fitness center and pool.
The property grounds are beautiful and room was clean.
There are restaurants, coffee, and shops near by.
