A very friendly hotel and insane views from the room

Great place, great location.

The rooms don’t have blankets, there was a “blanket” in the closet, but it was not even remotely soft and felt like covering up with a rug. The toilet was broken the whole stay, we had to fix it ourselves multiple times. The pool closed before dinner time. The property was a great location, the beach was beautiful, and staff was friendly, but for the price of the stay it felt very mediocre.

Staff was excellent! Location was perfect! Rooms were small.

Like the ability to store luggage until our room was ready. I had made my payment in two payments. One at booking and one to pay once at the hotel. I received confirmation of the payment from my bank and Expedia showing the first payment was made and what was owed upon arrival. When I arrived I made sure to ask the person at the desk that it was just the remainder amount. He stated yes. When I got to my room I realized I was charged the full amount. Neither Expedia or the Resort would help fix the issue. Both parties pointed fingers at the other and neither would resolve the payment issue. Therefore I was charged twice and over charged $400! Still neither party has made it right. I never received an itemized copy of my reservation. Nothing. Would not recommend both the hotel and Expedia as both were very “this is not my problem” and didn’t care to fix the issue. Stay elsewhere! As well our bathroom door would not shut all the way.
