I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. Breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. I also enjoyed using the spa facilities, which were clean and relaxing. "Overall a disappointing experience. The spa was very nice, but the restaurant dinner buffet had lukewarm food for a relatively expensive price in Hungary. The breakfast buffet was also lukewarm. After breakfast and before checkout time we returned to our room to find our keycards didn't work anymore. ..."
