Room was clean, but the smell of sulfur water was terrible. TV, phone and shower were either not working or difficult to get working. On the second night, a wedding reception was held until 12:45am with loud music causing us not to be able to sleep. We could not call the front desk because the phone didn't work. No compensation was offered from the hotel.

So close to downtown!!! We did park our rental 2-3 blocks away for cheaper parking but the apt itself was wonderful…..our 2 bedroom/1 bath had washer and dryer and the breakfast basket each day was lovely with fruit, meat/cheese and veggies. The fresh baked bread delivered each day was a treat as well! Highly recommended staying here!

If you stay more than one night Your room and towels do not get cleaned , only every other Fresh water has to be bought No refrigerator in the room Felt more like a motel than a 4 star hotel Warm water smelled Continental breakfast was ok, When asked for berries that were available the first day We were told berries were only for restaurant guest, not for our breakfast though the wait staff did give us a small handful of blueberries when asked for The location was great Bathroom had soap, no shampoo or conditioner and all in all not very comfortable Again more like a motel that a four star hotel, so we were disappointed with our choice and would not recommend it to friends Parking was extremely difficult to find although I was led to believe it was easy to park on the street When No
