Très bien situé si vous cherchez un hôtel pas loin de l’aéroport

We were booked into a room immediately above an event floor where a wedding was taking place. Loud music began at 11:30 pm and continued until after 1 am. We were not informed about this at check in or given any option to switch rooms until we phoned reception at 11:30 pm. We were told that the music would stop at midnight but it did not. The reason given was that the hotel security were unable to control the event. Very disappointed in what should have been a pleasant stay in a beautiful hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was super useful. There was no room service but I could order food at the bar and take it up to the room. I was able to use the gym facilities too. My main complaint is that I paid for a marina view room. It was a bit of a stretch to call it a marina view - we could see the marina way off to the side (barely), but mainly our view was a big tree.

Awesome location and helpful staff. They accidentally billed me for valet parking (was part of the package) and I emailed- they fixed it in an hour hassle free. Great place!

The whole staff team Do an absolutely fantastic job at making you feel welcomed and looked after. We found the room to be very clean as well as the common areas. We absolutely loved all the little touches and amazing features the room came with. Really truly personalizing the experience. The bed was super comfy The type of bed that makes it hard to get out of cause it’s just that good. We really enjoyed how smooth and fast the elevator was. We often find elevators to be nauseating But this one was just so smooth and a joy to use. The amenities are well looked after and breath taking to take in. Sitting in a hot tub as rain trickles down the cover above well a warm fire blazes was truly a relaxing moment of bliss. We are very grateful for our stay.

Great property! Great location! Very romantic corner room with a great bathroom and jacuzzi tub overlooking Vancouver!!!
