Quebec Kid friendly Holidays

The room was the low point of the trip. I attended a wedding for one night and stayed in a queen suite. By the time we were ready for bed, the pull out sofa had no sheets in the room and when we pulled the sheets off the bed, there were stains on the underside of the sheets. It was already 2 am and we did not think to call someone. The room needs to be updated especially if they are charging over 350/night. The bed was not comfortable as you could feel the springs in your back. Spa looked great. Rest of hotel was very clean. The restaurant was a highlight as the employees were welcoming .

Great location in old Quebec. Very quaint hotel, nice rooms and clean. The lounge next to front desk serves some great cocktails; the best we’d had on our trip. Louise restaurant on site was very good, both food quality and service. We would stay there again.

The staff was helpful and the hotel is in general very good. I like the live music in the pool.

Great spot - Next year we will doing the tubing it looked like so much fun

We love taking our kids to this hotel ! So fun for the family. Check in is late though and I wish it was earlier.
