It was a great room with pretty good view. It was exactly what we wanted...

Arrived to check in at 4:00pm. Tried to do self check in, it didn’t work. Other guests tried to do the same with no luck. There was one hour wait to check in, with only four employees at the front desk. They offered us to take luggage to our room, and we agreed. We had to call after 45min. they had forgotten to take our luggage to our room. There was only one pool open out of the five the resort has. We were so cramped. The beach pool opens until March 13th!

The poolside double queen rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel was fun with friendly staff who were very accommodating, including Romero who served us in our cabana, the front desk staff and lifeguards. The lazy river was clutch during a relatively chilly school vacation week in February. Our 4 grandchildren, ages 6-12 loved it, along with the pool, water slides and outdoor movies on the weekend. The outdoor seating at the Desert Pearl restaurant was pleasant for our party of 10 and there were great restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed a day at the nearby Living Desert Zoo. Angela, the activities assistant, was most helpful in planning our 5 day stay. Overall a really great experience.
