To start the check-in was a little confusing and the line very long, and although they offered mobile check-in, if you were already in the lobby you still had to walk across the casino to pick up your room keys. Once I finally reached the front desk though, the staff was wonderful. The gentleman helping us upgraded our room to a higher floor with a Strip view, and we even got to see the Sphere from our room. The room was clean, the water pressure was great, and the beds were very comfortable. I also appreciated that the concierge texted us to check in during our stay. A great stay to see the Wizard of Oz, just a walk across the street through the Venetian. Oh and I can’t forget free parking for guests.

The team member upgraded our stay from a standard room to a family suite which was a nice surprise. I have stayed at two other "value" resorts at Universal Orlando, but this is by far my favorite. Hard to beat the fun retro theme!
