Beautiful room/suite. We had a view of the Sphere which was fun. Desk clerk bent over backwards to meet our needs. The casino was good to us! It was an excellent place to stay.
The only issue for me was the distances I had to walk to get anywhere. I’m a senior and the walking was a bit much for me. 20 years it wouldn’t have been an issue.

Place was ok if all you’re going to do is sleep. There were a lot of issues with our room. Shower door was broke in Master bedroom and wouldn’t close. Ceiling fans were broke, couch was broke and sunk in so bad you couldn’t even sit on it. Property is older and run down. I would spend the extra money and upgrade to the renovated rooms. Unfortunately we will never stay here again but if all you’re doing is sleeping price was decent

The room and property were clean and well maintained. Staff were courteous and helpful.
My granddaughter LOVED the pool; waterfall and slide!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone and look forward to staying there again when in Orlando.
