We enjoyed our stay at Leonardo Boutique Krakow city centre. All amenities were as expected could not complain. Good choice of Breakfast and great quality.

The balcony was not really a balcony. It was a walkway on the inner 'courtyard' that was smaller than a courtyard. I did not like that other people could walk by our balcony door. By no means was it worth an upgrade.
In addition, the location of this property was not as convenient as posted. It was still a 15 minute walk to the main square area.
While the apartment was large, it felt very claustrophobic as the window in the Livingroom was not very visible in the apartment.
The staff was extremely helpful during our visit.
Overall, all things considered, we would not stay here again.
