Cairo Kid friendly Holidays

Staff was wonderful. Restaurants and food were terrific. Room was clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle was very convenient too. Exquisite lobby area. Felt very safe - property built like a compound!

The food is really good, if you don’t want to leave the hotel, you can go for the buffet dinner and breakfast; great variety, healthy and clean. Room was always spotless thanks to Mohammed, and the entire hotel is being cleaned on regular basis. Staff is super kind and nice to talk with, specially the people at the bar: Mr Yousef, and the great service from the shisha specialist. After a long stay in Egypt I can say this was the best hotel we stayed. Definitely will come back!

Great location and luxury hotel with great service

The housekeeping staff was excellent. But i lost a shwal in the lobby restaurant and i asked to see the camera footageand they refused to show it to me, saying that i walked out of the lobby with the shawl. I am pretty sure i did not. But we will never know. Also, the package deal for the room i was offered as part of a group was a lot more expensive than the prices on every booking website. I called the reservation team to tell them this. This has never happened to me in any hotel in the world. The group discount is always a bit lower
