This hotel was nice and clean. It had a cool pool area and the common areas were decorated nicely. Be aware that there isn’t really anything else around here. When we got there at 3:00 the restaurant was closed and they have a snack bar that had way overpriced food that did not look very good. We had to uber eats because there is nothing around there. For dinner we had to take the shuttle into Disney Village and had dinner down there. It is also crazy expensive and packed with people. You don’t really have other options. The hotel says it has a shuttle but it is shared with a bunch of other hotels. It doesn’t come often enough, especially at night when you are trying to leave the park. There were SO many people getting on each bus it seemed like it might break open. People were getting in fights at the bus stop waiting. All in all the hotel was fun and clean. Just be prepared to spend $$$$ on not great food and be crammed into busses.

We only stayed one night but the location is great and very walkable if you are ok with hills. The Sacred hearts Basilica is a 10 min walk uphill. At your door step are many restaurant options. We stayed on the first floor above the cosmetic shop below. Although our room faced the Main Street with surrounded by restaurants our unit was quiet. The one bedroom apart was spacious with a great layout. The cabinets were stocked with dishes and pots for cooking, large fridge and washing machine. Didn’t see a dishwasher which wasn’t a big deal for me. Would stay here again and recommend to others. There isn’t a lobby/door person to greet you so when you arrive you need to buzz the main office. Have their phone number handy as I had to call to be let in. Once you are checked in they give you a code so you can come and go during your stay.

Room were not very clean. Bathroom and toilet bowls were dirty with tarte and brownish deposits. Breakfast was ok. However nobody was cleaning the tables outside to remove other people cups and dirts.

Great neighborhood, tasty breakfast, cute rooms and wonderful smelling bathroom amenities. We felt like a true local, the rooms are very parisian and the breakfast had a lot of options.

I did not receive the upgrades as advised by Expedia I would. Also, the main restaurant does NOT do dinner, just breakfast and lunch. You can order room service off the menu, but in the cocktail lounge you must order from the simple menu. The spa is still under renovations. The King Suite is a king bed with a love seat. Every night we would take a glass of wine to the room, and they were only collected when I requested them to be at the end of our stay. We lined them up on the floor. Not somewhere I would go back to. BUT location is excellent. Walkable to Eiffel Tower, and Arc d’Triomphe, and good (not touristy) shopping close by.

Place is hard to find if you get outside on a different side. I walked around the building block for 1/2 an hour (had no internet so knew it was there but couldn’t find signs). It was mostly quiet except when hubby got a dog that tried to bite him. The owner was on the top of the building and the dog was off leash.
