We enjoyed our stay at Oriental Hotel. The staff, especially Vivian, Sam, and Bob were super helpful and friendly. It was raining and the street in front of the hotel was blocked off so Bob accompanied us to ensure we met a grab at the correct location. Breakfast is good but there is no dining for dinner. Very charming and quaint atmosphere would definitely stay again if travel brings me back to Hanoi.

The property is a mix of residential accommodation and holiday apartments.
The pool was lovely and quiet.
The kitchens in the apartments need updating and the breakfast wasn’t the best we have had.
It’s also worth noting that you have to request a balcony for all 1 bed apartments as this isn’t a bookable option via Expedia

"Very nice hotel, room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable and staff were very attentive to all needs and solved any problems we had. We also had an airport transfer booked by them which was very convenient and better priced than any transfer we had used previously"
