Just perfect and an awesome service. Shout out to the gentleman at the service desk. Great customer service. Made a really great impression on our first time in Vienna.

We booked a family room which provided one bed and a sofa couch. The room is somewhat spacious. Beds are firm but comfortable if you prefer that. Basic products provided like shampoo and body wash, no conditioner was provided. No extra toiletries provided. They only provide you with complimentary water the first day of your visit. Our coffee machine malfunctioned while we were there and leaked out of the bottom, we reported it to the front desk and we believe they resolved it (we didn't try using the machine after that). They do not offer self-service laundry but they do offer in-house laundry services at a premium price. They have a lift. They do not have their towel heater on all year, even though it was rainy the first weekend of September when we were there. To them, this is still considered their summer season. Their rooms are also all eco-friendly which I value. The only issue with this is when you leave your room and pull out your hotel key card the whole room shuts down, so if you need to leave something plugged it (like for us, a medical device), it won't charge/stay on. So just something to be mindful of. Regardless, we had a good time and the stay was good. Thank you

I had a fantastic experience here. The entire room was exceptionally clean, fresh, and well-maintained from corner to corner, making it feel very cozy and welcoming right upon arrival.

Nice location, beautiful views from window, and a beautiful property. The best part were the views from the living room and the kitchen. However, the building was empty on the weekend, and in the absence of a local reception, we didn’t know how to contact anyone in case if we needed help. It was also somewhat not so easy to find the building when we got there first time.
