Great stay clean and friendly staff

Beautiful hotel located in a quiet small street right in the heart of central Brugges, perfect location. The room has everything you need, a comfortable bed, great A/C controlled by the guest, not the hotel, rain shower, blackout drapes and a mini bar. All the staff we encountered were all very professional and courteous. We greatly recommend this hotel

The property is and interesting assemblage of a number of different buildings. There are apparently about 90 rooms in total. All have been renovated and are quite nice though somewhat more "cozy" than depicted online. There is parking, and it is considerably more "cosy" than might be expected of a property of this reputed calibre. A nice stay, however perhaps somewhat inflated prices for the value?

Brandon and everyone else working in tandem at this majestic property were phenomenal. I was traveling with a friend on this trip however, I will return with my spouse later this year and get a canal suite.The views from the lounge area are are amazing. It is so refreshing and relaxing! The Scale doesn’t go high enough to rate this hotel. C'est presque divin !
