Great location, friendly and helpful staff ,excellent breakfast and nice rooms. The only thing that needs more attention is few maintenance issues in the bathroom and refreshing the carpet.

The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of the city, oozing local character and rich history. It has that unique charm you can only experience in a place like Vilnius. And to top it off, breakfast was fantastic

very nice hotel right in the center of old town! the rooms are huge and specious and there's just a great atmosphere all around. the breakfast buffet was excellent!! I'd defently stay there again! the only thing i'd mention is that there's no elevator, so if you travel with older crowd, that might be pretty hard unless you got a room on the first floor. my FIL fell in the winter garden inside the patio, and the reception did not have any first aid to stop his arm from bleeding so i had to take uber to a pharmacy

Apartment was not at the address listed in my booking confirmation or on the Expedia listing which we found unacceptable. Trips are planned around the physical location, we did not realize it was not the listed location until we arrived in the city after a 16 hour travel day. Apartment was nice and centrally located

This is a lovely hotel - we had a beautiful room and staff were very helpful. Also the location is excellent, very central. I highly recommend.
