Greater Antilles Kid friendly Holidays

I was always told that Jamaica was a fun place to be. If you are a white American, you will be ignored and be invisible to all staff at the pool, restaurants, everywhere. There was a fight at the pool while people were playing water polo. I felt unsafe at the pool and in my room. Not friendly people at the resort. On an excursion, we were stuck on the tour bus for 4 hours on the way back to our resort because of a crime scene. There was a shooting of a taxi driver in the middle of the street on the way back. We sat at the yellow tape for hours trying to get back. The shooter was on the run. And we were in the middle of it all. We were scared to death. And felt very unsafe.

Great place for a vacation

I really like the layout of the hotel with the pools, bar areas, restaurant and spa. All in walking distance but still not clustered together

Be prepared to sit through a dales presentation for the vacation club. Big property. Walk alot

The room was different from what was advertised online. The staff was friendly and the Japanese restaurant was exceptional. Excellent vacation stay

This is my 3rd stay here. Other than the $200 nightly incidental fee (you can either get it back at then end of your trip, or use it on spa, room service , drinks or any either of their ON SITE restaurants) and night hotel tariff fee it is truly a luxury experience. You won’t get that, “out of the country resort feel ANYWHERE ELSE” Our bar was completely stocked daily with complimentary snacks and beverages.

The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Our Butler Luis was attentive and helpful.
