Usuk Kid friendly Holidays

Staff was super unhelpful and unfriendly. When we went down to ask for towels, they wouldn’t give them to us. They said they would send someone else to bring them up. They ended up bringing them when I was in the shower with no knock or announcement. This was a major invasion of privacy, as I was in the shower at the time with no one else in the room. I also asked for a pool key at checkout since I had only stayed for one night and wanted to get lunch and drinks at the pool. The staff member refused to give me a key and said I would have to check back into the hotel. I’ve stayed here before and never had a problem with the staff or getting a pool key after checkout. I will not be staying here again and won’t be recommending this hotel to anyone else.

This hotel was very clean and the breakfast was very good. Will stay again.

Awesome location but no understanding to my needs to canceling last night stayed 4 nights and paid top price unbelievable to me that they were totally booked and would not even consider giving a cancellation and refund for last night I asked on first day to u and them I am very disappointed in ur company also

Great place to stay as you are within a short walk to everything!!! Will 100% return and stay again.

We were in the annex building and it was not the same experience as staying in the main building.

Clean room, but the coffee for room was missing and tissue box was not refilled for room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were excellent. Lots of good restaurants nearby. A carrefour express is within walking distance. Love my stay here.

The suite was great! The location is excellent. We really enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely will be back some day.

This property is a sleeper. It was amazing! quaint, and in the heart of everything. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was traveling alone and they made it extra special for me. I would put this boutique property next to any of the exclusive big-name hotels in Rome. It was lovely.
