Jerada Kid friendly Holidays

The room was cleam. The staff was courteous for the most part but they seemed reserve preferential treatment for certain groups of people. I did not feel I was treated as equally as other guests. I felt I had to make certain requests and sometimes several times to get services that I observed others gettingg without making requests. The staff needs additonal training on bias and unintended prejudice (assuming it was unintended)

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The room service was also very good. The indoor and outdoor pools were the best part during our stay. In regard to breakfast, it would have been better to have more vegan options as they could only offer fruits and some chopped veggies. There is still some renovations going on in the hotel though we did not feel disturbed by it as we understand it is part of the process to make it better. Location is also great with access to mall, cafes and restaurants. Overall our stay at the hotel was amazing and we loved it.

Great 5 night stay. Don’t read bad reviews. Only one moan, one member of staff (usually around pool bar) was really miserable. You’d think he’s not suited to the hospitality sector. Young lad around pool, he was excellent, so helpful and always smiling. Breakfast was decent, just wish they’d try and keep flies off pastries. It’s a fantastic area. A decent walk to supermarket though, that is what it is though. Cleaners brilliant too.
