Lovely, large hotel room, I really liked the decor and the shower in the bathroom was excellent. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and the location was perfect for us. Unsolicited, there was a bottle of wine with a note from the manager in my room as it was my birthday which made me feel very special. I would totally recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great ,however it was advertised that room has air conditioning and it had a thermostat but no air conditioning also the room has like one plug to plug stuff in ,no plug next to the bed for phone charging, nice area though and safe parking

This two night stay at the Ritz was the centerpiece to our two week anniversary celebration in Europe and came at the perfect time. Service in particular was exceptional from check to meals to concierge help. In two days time we knew five names and their care for us, professionalism and enthusiasm was next level. Of course the facility and location were all you would expect from this brand. We had never stayed at one before and found the rates in Vienna to be quite ridiculous. Last thing! Don’t miss the rooftop bar!
