The absolute most helpful and kind staff!!! The apartments are beautiful, quiet, safe and in a great location in central Sofia. The staff went out of their way to help when my flight was delayed and arranged a driver and contacted my tour company so I could still go to Rila Monastery the next day. They truly went above and beyond. Would definitely only stay here again when I come back to Sofia!

We only stayed here for 1 night because we came back from a trip to turkey and was flying out of Bulgaria. But this hotel was very convenient. Great and helpful staff. Stayed here with my husband and teenage daughter and got upgraded to a connecting room, our room had a queen bed and the connecting room had a double bed, it was perfect for all of us

The 1st room smelled of weed, so they had to change it. 5* hotel - no napkins in the room. Receptionist was like somebody was forcing to do her job: your passport please, here are the room keys, that’s all she said. The only positive was the Captain Cook restaurant - top notch!
