I stayed there for a week, and going back again soon. Great value for the price. And great design (the dry bonsai are a nice touch). Love the mini zen garden in particular. And the restaurant is also quite good. In short, a lot to like.

The atmosphere is friendly and caring, sweet people who are always willing to help you.
Manager too busy… not very approachable… rest of staff are the best in customer service, no matter the looks or attitude.
Very charming place to stay at! I definitely recommend it to everyone who is first time travelers to Tokyo.
