Lovely hotel, very clean. Good sized bedrooms, comfy beds. Good choice for breakfast. Very good location. Close to the Jewish quarter. Walking distance to Wawel, main square, Schindler’s factory. Would stay again.

Great stay and helpful staff. Even better if there had been a lounge area / hotel bar though there is a neighbouring cafe restaurant. Rooms perfect and location outstanding.

Staff went above and beyond. Every detail every question answered. They followed up with us throughout our stay and we will definitely be returning hopefully to that same presidential suite with the balcony. The Bonerowski made us the happiest couple while in Krakow with their sincere hospitality. Everyone there should get a raise. Love it.
