We had a wonderful stay in Krakow, and staying at this hotel played a huge part in making everything perfect.
The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to suit every taste—from meat-eaters and vegetarians to those with allergies or gluten sensitivities.
I would like to give a special mention to Mr. J. Singh, the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage as well as the kind and very respectful doorman, Piotr.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The room was amazing and the location was really good. The only thing was for the junior suite, we expected a king bed rather than two twin beds put together.
