The room and bathroom was clean. Staff was excellent.

I like the quiet areas (2nd floor lounge?) The hotel is old but well maintained - clean, no "old building smell" Breakfast provided is healthy - and there is variety.

Had a very nice stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating such as when we asked for extra pillows. Rooms were nice however would have liked a kettle in the room and plug or usb sockets closer to the bed. Overall was a nice stay. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of continental however some bacon and actual sausages (rather than frankfurters) for British guests would have been nice.

It is centrally located within walking distance from many of sightseeing places as well as shopping area and the restaurants.

This was in an excellent location. The staff was very helpful. It was very easy to get to the metro to get a round Rome.

Good location and friendly staff. Although this didn’t bother me, it could be a bit noisy at night due to some night walkers on the street.
