Free parking at property makes it very convenient if a private car is needed. Also easy access to the MRT is fantastic.

Excellent room with beautiful bed, large tv and nice shower/bathroom. Perfect location for walking to MBS and Chinatown!! Check-in however was slow!

Staff were very good, attentive and courteous. This was the third hotel we stayed at in Singapore during the period. We found that our room at the Grand felt damp. The pillows felt damp and the quilt felt damp. We appreciate the weather in Singapore is humid but this was the only hotel of the three that we had that experience. We are seasoned travelers and work the air conditioning and temperature control where we can. The location is great and service was great. It was the room that was disappointing. Maybe the other rooms are fine but we were disappointed with the room.

Exceptional stay – Beautiful property, perfect location, and outstanding service from Airi! We booked Sofitel Singapore City Centre last minute after checking into a different hotel and realizing it wasn’t quite right for our anniversary trip. What a blessing in disguise—this hotel exceeded all expectations and became one of the highlights of our entire journey, which also included KL and Langkawi. The property itself is stunning—modern, elegant, and immaculately maintained. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and luxuriously comfortable. We especially appreciated the lush bedding, high-end amenities, and floor-to-ceiling windows with city views. Everything feels polished and peaceful, a true urban oasis. The location is unbeatable—right above Tanjong Pagar MRT station, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere in the city. There are also plenty of great cafes, restaurants, and hawker stalls nearby, and it’s just a short walk or quick ride to Marina Bay, Chinatown, and the CBD. But what truly set this stay apart was the outstanding service, especially from Airi at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our wedding anniversary special. From warm greetings to thoughtful personal touches, Airi made us feel truly cared for. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality left a lasting impression—we honestly can’t thank her enough. We only stayed two nights, but we wish it had been longer. If you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and world-class
