Big and clean room with fridge. Air conditioning works well. Parking is great. The best is the staff: very kind and friendly so you can feel at home and enjoy the beautiful city of Torino.

Amazing location and beautiful. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. I will recommend it to anyone searching for a relaxed and enjoyable time. It was excellent.

I travel frequently, I don't typically do these reviews but felt the need to in this particular case to be fair to other travellers. The staff was rude when we arrived, the bed was hard as a rock and you can feel the springs, I did not sleep the first night, I complained so they gave me a mattress toppers, helped a little but still very uncomfortable. Our room did not have Body wash or Hand soap filled up, they came to fill the body wash on our request but we had no hand soap for 4 days( I would think before new guests arrived all this would be checked), They give free drinks in the mini fridge in the room to be replaced daily but not all cleaning staff did this. There was banging every night from above or next door, not sure, just always seemed loud at night. My last night there I called down to front desk at 9:30pm when I got in because the cleaning staff did not give us toilet paper adn we needed it, they told me I HAD TO COME DOWN TO GET IT!! A 4 star hotel, told a client to come down for toilet paper, only to find 3 front desk staff sitting around talking to one another. Its outrageous that one of them would not come up. Anyhow, I would never stay here again, very disappointed. Great location but that is it!

An incredible stay! Loved the rooftop bar and pool and breakfast was amazing! We had one of the premium rooms with terrace and Notre Dame view and it was totally worth it. The room was spacious, beautiful and the terrace so lovely. Will definitely return!

My stay was overall good but the staff was not helpful and at times dismissive. I asked for a room on a higher floor and one person said that she needs to leave a note the manager to review it next day, next day the other staff members said that the manager is on holidays. She eventually called a hotel manager who after long conversations on the phone and laughter, offered the change for £65 euro. The wait, the tone and ‘handover’ entirely unnecessary and not professional. Not what I would have expected for my birthday. Will not choose for special occasions in the future but overall the hotel was nice in terms of amenities, just staff. Was not helpful unfortunately.

I really enjoyed the hotel. The look and feel is very French Riviera The placement is great for French Riviera visitors who plan to visit multiple towns. The train from the airport is right at the corner and the train between the rest of the coast and Nice is a few blocks away. Great areas to lounge and enjoy a cocktail on the premises. Staff is very helpful and attentive. I would definitely stay again. Only criticism would be the gym is a bit lacking but many folks don’t want to spend their vacation exercising.

A great spot located walking distance to the Nice Centre-Ville station. Extremely friendly staff that were helpful and accommodating. The common space where they have breakfast in the morning was also a spot where groups could hang out during the rest of the day. Overall, a great option for a hotel stay closer to the train station.
