Costa Azul Kid friendly Holidays

The hotel and room are very clean. Staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful. The breakfast was diverse, delicious and of good price. The location is prime, surrounded by a lot of good places to eat and shop, close to city center and airport. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

What a wonderful stay. From start to finish we were so well looked after. The service was excellent along with the breakfasts and entertainment. Freddie the peacock was sensational showing off each day displaying his feathers. Our room was beautiful with everything we needed and more. Sintra Marmoris Palace has high standards and we highly recommend a stay. Special thanks to all staff but especially João who gave us so many ideas for our stay. The rooms were large and well decorated. The bathroom was very modern and unusual. So beautiful. The only negative I have is the parking. We had to park on a different street about 15 minutes away.

The air conditioning in my room was not working properly, making the room uncomfortable. I contacted the front desk and was informed that the temperature settings were preset and could not be adjusted, and that no technician was available to inspect the unit at that time.Since the room remained uncomfortable I requested a fan and was told none were available & apparently don’t have. I spoke with my family member since I had booked another room & was told the same thing the room hot. I was really disappointed no solution provided.

The hotel really gave it a great effort. The rooms. we had three, were fine. The staff was friendly and as helpful as they could be. The only real issue was the hotel was too far from the historical areas. If your in Lisbon for none tourist stuff, it would be a great choice.

Beautiful building and swimming pool a short walk up hill from the old town. The breakfast was spectacular. My room was very small with only a bed a very small table and side chair but the common areas in the hotel were spacious and empty. The staff was very nice.

Great stay for first day to rest after long flight. Beautiful grounds nice breakfast.

Nice property. Good but dated facilities. Basically a condo hotel, clean and simple. No AC and basic mattresses. Near the beach, and lots of things to do.

Spacious comfortable rooms, nice quiet location close to the metro and a grocery store conveniently located across the street.
