Southern Wisconsin Kid friendly Holidays

We were dead tired from a long flight from Turkey the day before. We slept well most of the night but still did not want to drag our heavy bags to Terminal 5 via the light rail. The hotel graciously transported us directly to the outdoor check in and we were on our way to security an hour ahead of our schedule! Thanks. The only improvement would be to service the slightly noisy air conditioner in our room.

Got pick pocketed in the elevator. I really like this hotel. Plan to return.

Best hotel ever! The staff was incredible. The location was premium-you could be at the “bean” in a couple minutes!! The bed was so cozy. The place was clean and beautiful. There was a snack daily. It really was so fantastic!

Bartenders were really good at jobs

Great location! Would return again if I was booking a hotel for the location. Comfortable beds as well. Rooms were a bit tired (my room had broken tiles and a torn drape). The biggest issue for me was I’m a working/traveling mom and I need to pump while away. I always ask to put my ice packs in the hotel’s freezer so that I can transport my milk home without spoiling, but this hotel does not have a freezer. I was stunned. I travel for work often and have never come across a hotel without a freezer. Someone at the front desk told me the restaurant had one, but that they DEFINITELY wouldn’t let me store anything in their freezer. Out of desperation, I decided to ask them myself on my last night and explain the situation (it was only ice packs and they were in ziploc bags). I was initially told it was a liability thing and it couldn’t be done. I reiterated there was no breastmilk and they went to ask a manager who ended up allowing it, which was a huge relief. So my biggest piece of feedback for the hotel is, on behalf of all breastfeeding working/traveling moms, please get a freezer. And more microwaves. I couldn’t sterilize my pump parts because there was no microwave available so I just had to wash them and hope for the best.

This property is fabulous in every aspect. Huge rooms, modern and fresh. The spa and workout facilities are amazing. I loved everything about this hotel. Location is perfect to explore the river walk, shopping and best dining options. Only small critique is only one person at the front and if they are busy with a guest, can be a long wait to check in or out.

This is an exceptional hotel. The rooms are clean. The service is impeccable, and the products!! The signature scent is to die for. It is now a part of my life. I had to buy a candle on the way out and have already visited the online store for body wash and lotion. Well done. There are a lot of choices in Chicago, but this is now my go to. Will definitely be back!

Great area ! Great food ! Easily walkable but be prepared to find parking. The hotel was amazing and staff was friendly. The coffee is room is great, the shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided I really liked . Extra star of the hotel - the adjacent coffee shop!!!!!
