The room was very clean, good location and comfortable. Access was easy because the instructions given previously. However, it felt a bit too impersonal and the breakfast was in a cafeteria a few blocks away. Nothing bad on it, just a feeling, others my prefer it. Good respond from the host if questions asked, lockers for luggage if needed and coffee or tea in the room, which is a plus.

Wonderful hotel centrally located for shopping and sightseeing. As others have mentioned, the service is outstanding from check in, to the restaurant and the cleaning staff too. The breakfast is fantastic - there is an extensive menu to order from but they are happy to customize for your needs. Little touches like sleeping masks, pillow spray, chocolates every evening make it a special place to stay. Highly recommend!!

Honestly we cannot fault our stay in any way at all. It all starts with the reception desk staff and they were found to be incredibly helpful and ever so friendly. I cannot recall their names but both the young man and young lady were awesome. The room itself was also fantastic. Plenty of space to move around. A really comfortable large bed with a pillow menu also available. The bathroom was also faultless with one of the best tropical showers I have ever used. We asked for a quiet room and that's exactly what we got, so we slept well. Breakfast was also great. We typically went down early when the breakfast area was almost empty. It was busier the last day but we went down much later. All of the staff there were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast food options were also great with a menu option available to allow one to sample a cooked breakfast with varying options. Cereals, fruit, cold meats, cakes also available. The hotel also has a restaurant serving food all day. We only had our evening meal there on one occasion but it was lovely. We recommend the 'fish and chips'. The location of the hotel is great - being only 10 minutes away from both a main metro station and the Cathedral. Its a really lovely boutique hotel and we would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a lovely, comfortable, centrally located hotel in Valencia. The heat was broken and wouldn’t turn off- we couldn’t use the AC either. It was also extremely loud outside at night at all hours

Excellent hotel at a great location

I love the hotel. It give you an ease when you arrive there. Breakfast was amazing too. It has all the healthy options. It gives a premium dining experience. Staff are very friendly and willing to help. The only issue that I faced was loud base music from a club nearby until 2am. I couldn't really sleep during that time, although I had to be up early. It isn't the hotel's fault.

What can I say... BEST HOTEL EVER!!! If you go to Valencia, this is the place to stay.

Perfect hotel right in the centre with an unbeatable location. Spotlessly clean with great attention to detail. I loved the rooftop terrace, and the staff were incredibly helpful—even surprising me with an early birthday gift! It’s truly a hidden gem.
