The front desk staff was very friendly. The parking was free and easy to find. Room was adequate for a night stay.

Excellent location, close to broadways shows, restaurants, and metro. the rooms were pristine and bed was comfortable and the ambiance serene. The staff was friendly and the buffet breakfast had a variety of options.

All staff we came into contact with from front desk to housekeeping to breakfast/happy hour to doormen were super attentive, very friendly and seemed to sincerely see us. The happy hour/dinner and breakfast provided surprisingly good food, lots of variety and very generous pours! Sonia was a standout and we looked forward to seeing her each evening. Beds and bedding very comfortable. Room nicely appointed and clean.

Wonderful stay at the Palazzo Dama for my husband’s 40th. We had a junior suite which was a good size, very comfortable and immaculate. Great location and friendly, professional staff. Lovely to stay in a boutique hotel with such unique features. Felt very luxe!

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! First off the price is phenomenal for the location. A mere three minutes walk from Times Square, great place to be close to all areas! Subway station nearby! Staff were lovely and available at all hours for anything you need! It’s family friendly and the room was brilliant with everything you need!

Modern/energy efficient style room. Very clean, with tons of amenities. Stayed for one night but would have enjoyed a long term stay.

Very nice hotel about 15 minute taxi ride from City Center. The hotel provides shuttle van to 4-5 areas on a scheduled bases daily. The hotrl is green and provides very nice barhroom toiletries. The smell delicious and contain olive oil. The staff at the reception, restraunt, bar are very friendly and accomadating. I would recommend this hotel

Not bad acces to Times Square but old building and smelled like smoke in the room.

Spa experience was amazing!

I like the place close to the train stop, and it is a safe area and they cleaned every day
