Room was spacious and very nice. Only problem was the noise of workers replacing flooring on the floor above from us. Not cool. Work started early in the morning without respecting the guest sleeping schedules.

The staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made the experience even better. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing view of Times Square, which made the stay feel extra special. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the city.

The location was great with shopping and dining near by. My room was clean and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good as well.
The con was that my toilet ran continuously all night disrupting my sleep.
