Harbor Island Kid friendly Holidays

Good location. The amenity fee $25 per day covered 2 water bottles and seemed excessive. There is no coffee in room and the complimentary lobby coffee is only in the morning. We requested hypoallergic bedding at booking due to asthma and allergy and this was ignored. The property is advertised as pet friendly but may be the only one in the vicinity as we saw several dogs and cats daily and there were pet stains on the carpet in the hallway. I stayed based on a recommendation but in future there are many properties nearby that might be a healthier option for us.

Hotel was just as described, clean with an old school feel. The issue is with check-in: very slow service and the computer system is as antiquated as the hotel, and not in a good way. It takes forever to check in and only one key card worked out of the three that we got.

Very clean, cozy room. Bed was very comfortable. Small wardrobe but it did the job for a long weekend. No counter space in the bathroom, only 1 shelf. Room was very quiet and I didn’t hear traffic or other guests moving around.
