Adult only, quiet and friendly. Staff were lovely and did their best to communicate in English for us. Yes... we should try harder with our Iralian. 😁 Bravo...

We enjoyed some parts of the hotel such as the pool and private beach for which towels are provided daily, the entertainment was lovely and quite entertaining, even though it was meant for kids. What really disappointed us was the food, the selection was very minimal and the quality of the food does not correspond with the 4 star hotel rating. Moreover, the 'air conditioning' which is not air-conditioning but central heating and cooling was horrid, we barely slept for the first 3 nights while it was on full blast for the whole 3 days, and then we kind of slept on the last day but we had to sleep on a single sofa bed directly under the port where the coolness comes out. We spoke with reception who were helpful and subsequently sent maintenence whom did nothing. We were not offered alternative accommodation making it quite an un-enjoyable experience. The doors are also very thin and slam hard, so we kept being woken up by doors slamming. Other than that, the room was amazing, I believe we got upgraded to room 3406 which had a crazy panoramic view and we really enjoyed that. No complaints about housekeeping, super clean and tidy work, props. Front desk were all super lovely especially the guy who checked us in, we forgot his name but he was truly lovely. Big up to the entertainment team, you made us laugh and enjoy it x Very good destination, accessible but food is simply horrible and almost no restaurants around (2 close that dont open on Mondays) -KC

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful — very spacious, full of greenery and flowers, and everything was impeccably clean. Both pools were spotless and very well maintained. There is a lovely path to the beach, only about a 100-meter walk, very pleasant and relaxing. For anyone who prefers not to walk, the hotel also provides electric carts to take you there. At the beach, umbrellas and sun loungers were already waiting for us, which made the experience even better. What truly made this place special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and genuinely caring. Always smiling, always attentive, and every day they checked in to see if we needed anything. What touched us the most was that they somehow found out it was my birthday without me mentioning it, and they surprised me with a handwritten card and a small gift. Such a thoughtful gesture that made our stay unforgettable. Highly recommended, and we would gladly come back.

It’s a beautiful place , with very good and quality food , pool . Just little with shuttle service to the beach 🏖️ was not comfortable, and you have to pay for stuff there not small amounts money . But everything else was so beautiful and good 👍

Incredible experience at this wonderful hotel. Even though we arrived pretty early, they were able to check us in to one of our rooms right away. They also generously upgraded our other room. The location of the property is very central and within walking distance to all the main points of interest in Cagliari as well as many great stores to shop, restaurants, cafes, and bars. The hotel itself was formerly a palace so there’s some pretty cool history to it and impressive architecture, while still having amenities with the latest technology and contemporary style. The rooms (more accurately suites) were very spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding. They also had balconies to take in the lovely view of the city and sea the hotel boasts. The real highlight of our stay, though, was the amazing staff. Isabella at reception warmly greeted us at check in and personally escorted us to our room. She also asked us a lot of good questions so she could then make recommendations of places to go and things to do based on our interests, all of which were on point. They even gave us a map that they made their notes for us on! The bell desk and servers in the restaurant were also extremely friendly and attentive. Speaking of the restaurant, their breakfast is to die for. Everything we had (which was quite a bit) was delicious. I believe they’re included on the Michelin guide, so that tells you something. Big thank you to the hotel for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable.
