I decided to book a room at the Sheraton on a whim while visiting Costa Rica and loved everything about the stay, Minus there aren’t many English channels on the television but I had gadgets to keep me busy so that wasn’t a problem. I booked a room with Club Lounge Access so breakfast everyday was freshly prepared. The Italian upstairs was gorgeous with a pool in the middle. The casino downstairs was a plus and their food too was amazing. Overall, I would recommend the Sheraton for a high-end stay in San Jose Costa Rica

Quick and friendly checkin, room is a little musty but to be expected from humid climates. Nice hotel and close to airport after long travel day.

The room was beautiful spacious and clean. The hotel itself has many amenities to choose from. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I’ll be visiting again !
