The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. However, I wish the concierge mentioned to me to download the app where I can book reservations. I was told about this 2 days before we left.

A very nice resort. Rooms and facilities are clean. Friendly front desk staff, maintenance staff and cleaning staff. Restaurant staff was under pressure, reflected on their attitude and services. No personal control on AC. Too cold at night. Pillows are hard. Overall we enjoyed our stay. But would hesitate to go back. Simple improvements would bring us back to this beautiful resort!

The food was not good within the buffet area. The other restaurant attached to the buffet, I could not make a reservation the entire week I was there. This resort has definitely changed since the Holiday INN took ownership, not the same. When I return to Mexico it will not be at this resort.

Food was terrible, our ac did not work (however they fixed if quickly), the check-in took over an hour, the people in the front were really rude, did not clean rooms until after 4pm, all pools were extremely cold and unbearable to go in.
