Parking fees were ridiculous $50 a day to self park one car as well as resort fees I didn’t expect to pay separately after paying so much for the room. There was only 1 pool
Open the hot tub was closed and the sky bridge to get from the parking lot to the hotel was closed making it very inconvenient to get in and out had to cross the busy street. I understand that places have to do upgrades and repairs but this should be disclosed at the time of reservations instead of charging a fortune and being so disappointed.
The room and hotel was very clean. A lot of the staff couldn’t understand what we said. Just a very aggravating trip. I will never stay there again and would never recommend to a friend.
