Perfect place Has everything

The staff were really nice, attentive respectful. We had a great view wonderful the rooms were excellent comfortable beds. The place felt safe nothing weird the security was on point. The shampoo and soap you’re provided did suck a bit compared to many other places I have stayed at. But it’s okay . We did stay two nights and room service didn't stop by to clean or change sheets but not a deal breaker for us. The outdoor pool and jacuzzi were nice.

I’ve stayed at this resort many times. The property has gone way down. They haven’t done any upgrades in ten years. Nothing. The same furniture and it’s all worn down so bad. I sat in the char in my suite and almost fell through to the bottom bc the chair is so worn out. The beds were all worn so thin to the wires. This place needs to invest in upgrades. Badly. The location is great which is why they get business but the amenities are poor the quality is two stars at best. With several newer resorts in the area I think I’ll stay with others. I only chose this place out of nostalgia but coming back after ten years and seeing that the property is in bad shape …. O definitely won’t be back.

Didn’t stay for long so I wasn’t able to enjoy the many amenities, look forward to coming back.
