Good location paid parking on site nice staff unassuming good hotel decent price

Very cute place. A little confusing on how to access. Not easy to find unload and park. But once that’s done the hotel is in a nice location with easy walking everywhere.

Disappointing… The staff was great but the hotel’s amenities and marketing could do with an improvement. First, the spa advertised in the photos is not included in the reservation, and comes at a fee of 20€ per person. There is a free pool and jacuzzi, but those are shared with another fitness centre, so much for relaxation. Secondly, the disposable slippers are free to wear during the stay, but you’ll need to pay to bring them home. I’ve stayed in 3/4 stars hotels that don’t charge. Finally, the rooms are good, but not necessarily 5 stars worthy. Overall, the hotel is good, the staff were really helpful and nice, but it’s not a 5 star hotel, it’s a 4 star.

The room offered (2 double beds) was not the room we had booked (queen size). We had to wait another 2hours to get our room. The staff at reception desk was not friendly or helpful answering our questions. The hôtel location is far from everything. Not much around. I would not recommend it to anyone who wants comfort, luxueux and a good location to visit Porto
