Nice location and garden, good breakfast offer and quality. Close to the port and to great sunset-watching spots. A really good place to just relax.
On the negative side, the rooms could use some additional soundproofing (quite some noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms). Some of the staff were not too friendly and were not really trained (tried to charge us for the free welcome drinks, probably not out of bad intentions, but due to lack of communication / bad internal processes).

"A great place to chill out on the terrace. Alessia and Paola were very welcoming and helpful. Salvatore picked us up and dropped us off in lipari port. The bus to town is frequent and steps away from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!"
