Nice hotel, not 5 star for sure. Got a Delux room but was 2 single beds joined together with some bedding in the middle so you wont tell. Beds were uncomfortable and soft. Asked for a harder mattress, there was non available. Mattress had yellow marks under the sheets. Resteraunts to book were unavailable, even though looked empty. Not much to do in surrounding area. Local shops very pricey for snacks. Main food hall same food nearly every day.

Nice hotel with lovely, friendly staff. A special thanks to Mohammed from the dining room and George from the pool bar—they were both incredibly kind, helpful, and always made us feel welcome.
The only downside for me, as a mother of two young children, was that the kids’ pool was very cold, so it wasn’t very convenient for them to enjoy it. Other than that, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.
