Vancouver Coast Kid friendly Holidays

The rooms need refurnishing and cleanliness needs to be spruced up. The location is great for access from the airport and the use of the C train.

The check in staff were very prompt, friendly, and helpful. The hotel itself is quite beautiful, though some of the fine details such as door framing, were poorly finished. We were surprised with how big our room was and found it very comfortable, beds included. Unfortunately, as we headed to our room a staff member with a food delivery crammed himself into the elevator and was visibly annoyed about having to share the space. This did not convey great customer service.

Food discount was only available for lunch & I did not use it. Room was ok but nothing special. Breakfast was too expensive so I used a great breakfast place a block away. Hotel location was excellent.

Chose hotel as it was close to St. Paul’s Hospital. It is nice convenient location and staff were very helpful
