"Booked 2 rooms at this hotel for 3 nights and when we arrived, it was closed down!!! No phone call or email or any notice whatsoever. Prepaid over $500 and have nothing to show for it. "The room had been cleaned but not thoroughly. There was a ash tray left in the drawer even though it's a 100% smoke free room. It allows pets so that's a plus. The price was fine. So basically you get what you pay for. The staff at night and in the morning were very courteous and helpful."
