Such a high tech hotel. Shower and toilet set up needs getting used to but not a big deal. I love the bed and pillows, so comfortable. So many choices for breakfast, and the staff are great.

Staff knew nothing about the Expedia Gold benefits. Unacceptable since this is why I chose this property. Had to explain the discount again at checkout. No room upgrade considered.

You get out in an entrance to a square. When you walk into the square there are 6 white building all looking the same. You can not see a hotel name or sign anywhere. We were accosted crossing f the square and a gold chain was tore off my neck. And I still don’t know where the lobby was. We had to retreat and phone for an escort.

Great boutique hotel. Great service, amenities and centrally located. Good value and on a canal. Walkable to all sites. Setaffcwas excellent

Great place to stay in a great part of Amsterdam. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You can walk to everything. It’s right on a beautiful canal. The room was a pretty good size with very comfortable beds. Everything was clean. We loved it.

The staff were wonderful and the room was very spacious and clean. I would come back to stay here!
