Very friendly front desk Team. Easy checkin process.

Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!

Rooms left much to be desired. Not a proper placement to room anyone considering rooms were being renovated above which directly affected the plumbing in our room.

I booked this hotel last minute and checked in late at 9PM and the staff were so kind and helpful! The elevator was out of service at the time(but was fixed by 7AM the next morning) and they offered to move my room to a lower floor so I didn’t have to walk up all the stairs. The room was perfect and they didn’t charge me extra due to it being a larger room. They were so kind and accommodating to the situation and I was very grateful! Would definitely stay here again based on the positive experience

Location was great - walking distance to everything and quiet neighborhood - beds were very comfortable- only complaint is that TV would cut out often from weak or no signal-but but highly recommend

Every time we travel to NYC we stay here. Staff and location are perfect. Everything is walkable and safe. Lobby bar is a hoot and the breakfast is excellent. Rooms are a good size, clean and upscale.

Had a great stay at this hotel. Lobby was beautiful, room clean and large enough for me and my daughter and finally the hotel was walking distance from great restaurants and sites such as Grand Central station, Rockefeller Center, Central Park, St. Patrick's Cathedral and more.
